In more than 90 % of the translations, we have the capacity required for the correct execution of your order. However, if the daily workload exceeds what is optimal for a translator (approximately 10,000 characters or 4-6 pages), we need to apply the emergency surcharge.
In addition to the amount of text, a surcharge can be influenced by the difficulty of the text, the linguistic relativity, our current workload, and whether the work of one or more translators is needed in terms of quantity and deadline. These factors can increase the level of a surcharge.
