What does authentic translation mean?
If you want to translate company, business, or other official documents from one language into another, our office will officially affix a clause and a stamp upon your request. This is accepted by the court of registration and many other institutions and authorities.
Due to the different practices, it is worth inquiring about current practices at the Hungarian or foreign authority/institution to which the translation will be submitted. Validation is free of charge at our office.
How do we act in case of urgent translations?
As you can see in the section called “Our Prices,” we do not charge an emergency surcharge by default.
In more than 90 % of the translations, we have the capacity required for the correct execution of your order. However, if the daily workload exceeds what is optimal for a translator (approximately 10,000 characters or 4-6 pages), we need to apply the emergency surcharge.
In addition to the amount of text, a surcharge can be influenced by the difficulty of the text, the linguistic relativity, our current workload, and whether the work of one or more translators is needed in terms of quantity and deadline. These factors can increase the level of a surcharge.
